“Our kids started here late last year on a trial class. They loved it so much that we’ve been going. We can tell that it’s been a huge change in our kids balance, athletic ability, and confidence. The classes are the perfect length of time as to not lose their interest, but also enough for them to get a good workout in. There is a cool milestone system that adds additional excitement to the classes as it shows their hard work in a more tangible way as well. We love the program and how much it motivates our kids to stay fit while having fun.”
