“We have been playing at Athlete Training and Health in Allen for a while now, and it is by far our favorite field. The turf quality is excellent, the space is great, and the lighting at night makes a big difference since we mostly play night games. We have played at many fields around the area, and this one stands out. Special thanks to the director, Adrian Hernando. He is respectful, responsive, and very easy to work with. He always helps us with bookings and scheduling. During times when our community experienced funerals, he was extremely kind and understanding and even credited our missed games. That level of professionalism and care really means a lot. Keep up the great work!”

“By far one of my favorite gyms I’ve gone too. I’m not a huge fan of crazy loud gyms. The environment here is amazing and really keeps me focused as well as motivated. Staff is very friendly, and everything is kept clean and organized. Highly recommend to anyone looking to train under the best conditions!”
“I HIGHLY recommend this fitness center!! Coming to visit Athlete Training and Health in Allen was the best decision of 2026 I’ve made. I’ve had plenty of gym memberships throughout my lifetime, but this is much more than your average gym. When I first came in I was greeted by Adrian and his staff, everyone was very welcoming. The gym/performance center feels very personal, the machines are nice and state of the art, they have air-weighted resistance that can alter the lbs/kgs in the push of a finger. The facility is next level, they have a full turf field and full soccer field as well. I was in awe seeing professional athletes working out next to me and everyone was friendly. I got to participate in their morning Forever Athlete class as well, it was challenging and engaging. I’m proud to say I signed up with Athlete Training and Health!!!!”
“I spend a lot of time at ATH with our group of athletes and trainers, and it’s always wonderful! Adrian, Lucia, Seth, and the whole Team, are so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable and we’ve had such a great experience. The facility and the equipment are phenomenal and ATH is perfect for field work, speed, weight lifting, skills, and anything else you can think of.”
“From ACL surgery to HYROX-ready — Athlete and Texas Health Physical Therapy delivered After ACL knee surgery, I realized pretty quickly that my original physical therapy setup just wasn’t the right fit for someone who’s fitness-inclined and wants to get back to performance, not just daily movement. It wasn’t bad it just wasn’t built for athletes. That’s when I found Texas Health Physical Therapy, working with Michelle and her team. The care, progression, and confidence they gave me during rehab made a huge difference. By the time I was released around 90%, the rest was on me. My wife pushed me (in the best way) that we compete in HYROX Doubles in November. My knee still wasn’t quite right physically, so I joined Texas Health’s affiliate performance gym, Athlete, and started working with trainers like Brandon. That decision changed everything. Brandon rebuilt my confidence, conditioning, and trust in my knee. By race day, I wasn’t thinking about my ACL at all, I was just competing. That’s a big deal if you’ve ever come back from a serious injury. Important things to know before joining: • Open gym hours are selective because group training is prioritized — this is intentional and performance-focused. • It’s not a 24-hour big-box gym with rows of treadmills. • Cardio machines are limited, but the essentials are there (including free-motion treadmills). • Excellent equipment: barbells, kettlebells, pulley systems, and space designed for real training. This is not a $9.99 gym and it’s not trying to be. It’s a performance-driven environment for people who want to train with purpose, especially if you’re coming back from injury and want to do it right. If you’re an athlete, former athlete, or someone who refuses to settle for “good enough” rehab or training, this place is worth your time”
