“I found a photo from my introductory lesson. This is not recent but I will still share my experience. It was super fun and informative. The instructor was knowledgeable. I plan on going back soon. It’s a unique sport and when time permits, I want to learn more and do it as a hobby. It is just not for young folks. Adults can learn as well. Tougher than it looks and the uniform is super hot.”

“Free beginner classes are a good way to see if this sport is for you or your child. Class was entertaining and educational, with not too much sales pressure for signing up for further classes. Facilities are well taken care of and staff was very helpful. The beginner classes are mostly children/youth, but a sprinkling of adults as well.”
