“DUC Junior Novice program for U15 boys has been a great foundation for my 13-year-old. He is conditioning 6 days a week and rowing in a variety of seats to expose him to the sport. The coaching staff is unmatched for training athletes, but also includes specific guidance on how to get recruited for college teams (broken down by school year and your athlete's collegiate goal). An amazing, multi-faceted, challenging, and rewarding experience for the athlete and parents.”
