“I have been a member of Cooper Fitness Center for about two months. It has been a terrific experience. The classes are varied and all are good. The people are welcoming, nice folks and helpful. The facility is beautiful and a great place to walk. The food at their cafe is delicous! If you like exercise, it's a good to be there!”

“I travel quite a bit so I've worked out in alot of gyms, hotel gyms to outdoor ones. Cooper Fitness Center is hands down, on the top of the list! We've been trying to stay at this Fitness Retreat since last year so we finally got it done this past weekend. Now that we've been, I regret that we didn't go sooner or stayed a little longer. I honestly didn't want to leave, it was so nice. Extremely clean facilities with staff cleaning up and maintaining the machines during my entire work out. All of the machines are very nice and modern as are the weights. This includes the bikes, treadmills, elliptical's,etc. No old, rusted or squeaky anything in this place. There's plenty of Mats, Foam Rollers and whatever else you can think of as well. When I went it wasn't very busy(both days), so I was able to access everything without having to wait... big plus. The staff was very friendly as were the members I spoke with. Also, it's in a good location so our drive to restaurants, etc wasn't bad at all. If you're into fitness and heading to Dallas, I highly recommend staying at the Cooper Fitness Resort. I can't wait to go back!”
“I love this gym, always clean and helpful staff. The locker rooms and showers are top quality. They offers towels, spa water, and a big variety of equipment. Also a beautiful outdoor track to walk around with a pond.”
“I love working out at Cooper! It is a place that is genuinely concerned with your overall health and not just looking good. I can't recommend it enough.”
“Lots of mission statements about fitness and a great looking gym. However I was very disappointed to be told that I had to keep my shoes on, “for my safety”. As someone who has been working out barefoot (or in socks in public gyms) for the health benefits for years, it was anything but safe for me to have to wear my shoes. I suspect the real reason is that they want to keep up appearances. Shame!”
