“I came in on September 27, 2025. Their front desk service could use some more training. They were teenagers manning the front desk when I went & they were ignoring anyone in line, because they were busy visiting with each other & a friend that was showing them their helmet. I initially thought that the teens on my side of the counter were customers, until a few moments passed & I realized that they were friends visiting. I had a similar experience that same day at their Richardson location, except an adult employee came & straightened the teens out. This place itself isn't too bad, but I've been to nicer rinks. I do want to mention that this location was much cleaner than the Richardson one (their bathrooms especially).”

“Friday night coaches are not effective. They are good at whistle blowing but little to no help towards teaching. Youth hockey in Texas is being ruined by these people. Please stop! People pay lots of money to watch you on your phone, talking bad about the lower players. Real hockey players are better than this…”
“Amazing rink! Dallas is really doing the sport of hockey 🏒 right. Every rink I have coached at here is a great facility. 👍 the set up is exactly what you want in a rink from the layout of the ice sheets to the benches, locker room space and every rink has a training facility attached to it as well. Parking for every one and friendly helpful staffs, refs and personal all around”
“Went here this random spring break weekend when my daughter asked to stop by the galleria to ice skate. I remembered how crowded it always gets there, and thought of my competitive ice skating days as a child. Do not remember it costing $40 for one session! But the ice time, the peacefulness, the atmosphere? Well worth it and we had an amazing time🙂. I haven't skated in 20 years and was very opposed to rental skates when I had my own, but once there I could've skated forever.”
“We were here for a hockey tournament. It has two rinks, and an eating area in between the rinks. I was worried about getting cold in the sitting area, but I never did.”
