“We have been coming to my gym for almost 4 years. Let me just say this has been our favorite place. It’s a weekly staple in our schedule. We have done a variety of classes over the four years and and each one has been age appropriate. The skills she has been taught are amazing and really helped build her confidence and strength over the years. The staff is AMAZING. I have had zero issue or complaints. The gym is always clean and kept up with. Each employee is always so kind and welcoming. They make sure it’s a safe place for your kiddos. If you have ever considered signing your child up you will not regret it.”
“Lack of soft skills, I don’t care attitude and basically not even knowing how to cancel a membership. We didn’t feel welcomed! One of the coaches displayed I don’t care attitude and she was just walking around not even trying to befriend my kid to come and participate in the class. Despite me giving a feedback, she still chose to ignore! One of the staff told me the manager will call me regarding cancelation and I didn’t receive any call yet.”
