“Highly recommend. My kiddo has gone two years and will 💯 be back next summer. The staff is so caring and supportive. So many choices for activities with the structure my child needs to thrive. We love this place and I’m so grateful for a place that sees my neurodivergence child for the beautiful human that they are.”

“Our son had the best camp experience at Charis Hills! He is 12 and high functioning At with adhd. He said he felt like he could be himself and had the most amazing time and made lifelong friends. Thank you for this camp. It’s been a blessing to our son!”
“For five summers, my son has attended Charis Hills. He is now 13 years old and still loves the activities. The first year, my stomach was queasy with the thought of leaving him. He has mild cerebral palsy and wore AFOs. We didn't know how he would handle all the walking. He would often wonder off at home, not far but out of sight. He still wore a pull up at night. He didn't make friends easily. Because we live 5 hours away from camp, we stayed the day, just in case they called us to come pick him up. We finally went home and returned the next weekend to an ecstatic little boy. He loved doing things that we didn't know he could do like holding a rifle and shooting a target. The staff is always amazing and it is a blessing to know that he will be cared for during the week just as if I was caring for him. He is also learning from them how to help and care for others by watching the staff. I'm looking forward to year 6.”
“Our daughter is 14 and diagnosed with ADHD, Auditory Processing and Social Anxiety. The team at Charis is amazing, accepting, kind and loving. Our daughter felt very normal and “seen” which is so important for her confidence! This was an experience that we will forever be grateful for and can’t wait to return again next year!”
“My son (ADHD) has attended this camp for the past three summers and absolutely THRIVED each year. Charis Hills staff and counselors so evidently LOVE the kids and whole-heartedly live out their mission to provide a superior camp experience full of grace and acceptance. Each summer, my son has developed lasting friendships, improved in his social skills, grown in his Christian faith, and come home from camp feeling understood and empowered. Their facilities are beautiful, and the food is wonderful, too!”
