“My kids have been attending Camp Huawni for 5 years now and we have no intention on stopping anytime soon! My oldest attended first. She was originally registered for 2020, but due to covid I was hesitant to send her then. I was able to easily roll over her registration to the next year no issues. The staff was so kind and understanding at that time. The second year she attended, my younger son was old enough too. He could not wait to get his chance to experience camp for himself. My stepson attended for his first time this year. All three of them have loved every second of their time there. They are always asking to stay longer when it's over. It's so great to have somewhere that still let's kids be kids and gets them to happily unplug. The staff is so caring and enthusiastic. Their passion shows in the results. This camp is a great experience and we will always recommend it to everyone we can. Can not recommend them enough!!”

“We sent our daughter to Camp Huawni for her very first overnight camp experience this summer — and it was incredible! She came home full of stories, new friendships, and confidence. The counselors were caring and energetic, the activities were nonstop fun, and the entire experience felt really well organized and safe. We loved how they encouraged independence while also making the kids feel supported. Our daughter has already asked if she can go back next summer — no hesitation. We’re so grateful for the memories she made and can’t recommend Camp Huawni enough!”
“My children just got home from their fist sleep-away camp and they couldn't be more exhausted but so much more than that, they couldn't be more happy, more fulfilled, more excited, and more thankful for such an amazing experience. “My 9 year old son spent his first year of sleep away camp at Camp Huawni. He went for one week we were so nervous but he had a blast! The next year we brought his cousin for his first year. He loved it and they both can’t wait to go back. We highly recommend this camp and will be back next year! UPDATE! They just finished their fourth year at Camp Huawni and they had a blast as always. I can’t say enough for this camp. I trust my child is safe, have good lines of communication with him via bunk1 notes and pics that are uploaded, and the vibes are always positive and fun! This camp is a gem.”
“I just picked up my campers, age 7 and 12 and they were raving the whole 3 hour drive back about how much they loved their time at Huawni from the councilors, the stories, the food and the activities. They both had a great time with the friends they brought with and made friends with their whole cabin too! I’m considering a two week stay for my oldest next summer and another one week for my little. I definitely recommend camp Huawni and I’m so happy my boys got a chance to experience an old fashioned fun American summer! Ps. They still haven’t asked for their phones or iPads back 😆”
