“Great staff!!! Avery is a fantastic Coach for the littles. Definitely recommend this location for tumbling and gymnastics.”
“We joined WOGA’s parent/child class a few months ago and have been so happy with the little’s progress. She’s following directions better and gets braver with every class. We needed an outlet for her climbing and morning energy and WOGA is just the place for that!”
“As a parent, I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and care at WOGA Gymnastics. This is now the second time one of my daughters has been injured during class, and not once has a coach or staff member come to notify me while I was onsite. Today, my daughter was hurt, and I only realized something was wrong when we saw her limping toward us after class ended. No explanation, no communication... nothing.
This is not just a minor oversight, it’s a serious failure in responsibility. When a child is injured, the staff should immediately notify the parent, especially if they’re physically present in the building.
Parents: be aware that if your child gets hurt during class, you may not be informed in a timely or appropriate manner. That is not acceptable for any program working with kids, especially one we pay a premium for.
Unless changes are made to ensure better safety and communication, I cannot recommend this gym.”
“I had a birthday party over the weekend. I would give it a negative 5 if there were an option.
Heat: The gym was very hot, making it uncomfortable for everyone.
Staffing: There were only two staff members handling everything— registration, party setup, cleanup, and coaching the kids during playtime. This resulted in a chaotic experience.
Lost Tablecloth: I accidentally left behind my premium linen tablecloth, which was used for the cake and dessert display table. I have had it for many memorable events (wedding, baby showers, birthdays, etc.). When I called the next day, a lady named Katie didn’t return my call as promised. Instead, she “generously” suggested me search the trash can (after I sent a follow-up email). I find it concerning that a business would assume personal items left behind are "disposable" and irresponsibly offer a suggestion like that - a Trash Can Search Offer (i.e. This Trash Can is ours, dive in and help yourself). Shouldn’t the Trash Can search responsibility lie with the staff who misplaced it?
Given my experience, I would strongly recommend considering ASI for a gymnastics party instead, as they are significantly cleaner and far better organized. Unfortunately, they were already booked for my desired date, which is why I chose WOGA; however, this turned out to be a huge disappointment. I’ve hosted birthday parties for my kids over the past few years, and this was, by far, the worst experience.”
